Alien Assistance Association is a California public benefits corporation organized by attorneys for pro bono assistance to the foreign nationals legally present in the United States as nonimmigrants (students, working professionals, performers ).
One of the immigrations attorneys in San Francisco, Romanenko Andrei, has engaged into unfair, or fraudulent business act or unlawful, unfair business practice and frivolous behavior in violations of the California Business and Professions code section 17200 and INA Par 240(b)(6, 8 USC Par 1229a(b)(6).
He is a troll immigration attorney, who is widely characterized as being psychologically unfit to practice law at all. He hid his real identity from the world for many years, blogging extreme hatred under the pseudonym Angela Bortel, immigration practitioner in 2004, until now when his real identity was finally uncovered.
ROMANENKO routinely engaged in deliberate deceptions, organized defamations, online fraud and racketeering operations to discredit affordable legal service to the foreign nationals provided by Alien Assistance Association. His pathological hatred and “internet terrorism” style of bullying and muckraking made him notorious for being the loudest source of hate speech and intimidator ever carries out in the name of “immigrants”, when in fact solicits professional employment and full retainer.
Astonishingly, no other lawyers or even STATE BAR stopped his behavior. After months of investigations, during which I was personally targeted in an ongoing stream of malicious, defamatory and false attacks organized by ROMANENKO. Petitioner was able to secure a civil harassment restraining order to stop cyber harassment with incitement to commit suicide and or criminal conduct against ALLEN.
ROMANENKO filed groundless complaints against ALLEN with the STATE BAR misleading the investigator with manufactured evidences in support of his fraud, filed a legal actions for the purpose of “lift” on the restraining order, criticized Judge for being unfamiliar with constitutional protections for his freedom of speech rights and wrongfully granting protection to ALLEN.
The STATE BAR supports an attempt to silence ALLEN in maintaining unjust action against ALLEN and Alien Assistance Association.
U.S. Department of Justice should support Lawyers who is proud to help to those in need for legal services for poor, working poor, and what has recently been described as the near poor, the need could not be more evident.
Since August 1, 2019 until July 26, 2020, ROMANENKO uses electronic communications features of Face Book and other media, for unlawful purposes that is tortious, abusive, intrusive on another's privacy, harassing, libelous, defamatory, embarrassing, obscene, threatening and harmful for ALLEN, associates, friends and family. July 5, 2020 based on false anonymous 911 call reported abductions of females at the gun point , drugs and terrorists activities at the apartment of Petitioner and her son. The squad unit and about 10 police cars circled the blocks where the building locates, dog-searched the room, common areas, garbage containers, neighbors backyards. Arrested occupants were taken to the Richmond District police department and early morning transported to the 850 Bryant Street to appear before the judge the charges were dismissed but a taste of sleepless night and a deep wound in heard got deeper.
With deliberate and malicious suppression of Alien Assistance Association, STATE BAR of California demonstrating it is DANGEROUS MONOPOLY that's now using power to silence ability and information on the affordable legal representation of aliens. This is an extremely dangerous president and, if not halted, would allow STATE BAR continue to hold a policy of Swiss neutrality.
It's time to break apart that monopoly, investigate crook lawyer ROMANENKO for violations of the rules of professional conduct, contempt to the court and fraud, to restore the independence of legal profession to its rightful place in the public service on important topics that matter to life, liberty and our shared future.
In observing this unfold, Petitioner have come to affirm importance for citizens to sound the alarm when they witness nefarious immigration lawyers harming immigrants.
It is for this reasons that Petitioner have made a very personal and spiritual decision to go public with allegations against immigration attorney ROMANENKO, whom ALLEN and many other people genuinely believe to be a danger to the public at large, especially to the communities of immigrants and an embarrassment to the legal professionals.

When it comes to immigration attorney ROMANENKO, we see a pathological personality, filled with hatred and rage, and an expression of extreme derangement that is already labeled “mental illness”.
As stated in this Petition, the behavior of immigration attorney ROMANENKO is irreconcilable with the professional demeanor of a clear- headed attorney working in the interests of immigration community bro bono or at the affordable rate.
This action exposes ALLEN to some level of risk of additional personal harm. Exposing the nefarious activities of a mentally ill individual supported by the STATE BAR of California with wide- ranging influence in legal sectors of the internet ( such as http://www/.statebar.ca.gov) will no doubt bring retribution targeting Petitioner and Alien Assistance Association.
Finally, there is the art of psychological intimidation which ROMANENKO has refined and weaponized in his relentless assaults on anyone he targets. He files complaints against attorneys who is working pro- bono or at the discounted rate, alleging that such a service is not a professional and provided by the lawyers without legal degrees.
The success of ROMANENKO's phycological intimidation efforts depends entirely on his victims being rattled enough to surrender to his demands threatened with deportation.
ROMANENKO is not familiar with the rules of ethical conduct and keeping clients secrets and information in confidence is not applicable to trolls. He revealed openly confidential information of his clients and asylum applicants, suggesting alterations of legal documents and backdating untimely filed claims. Those aliens have been directly threatened, intimidated, victimized and defamed by his co conspirators trolling media www. rubic.co motivated by financial gain.
The biggest bully on the playground usually gets what he wants because most immigrants are too intimidated to fight back and stand their ground. But bullying fails when it is attempted against intelligent, capable and determined individuals who are driven by a greater purpose ( such as the protection of immigrants) and who are willing to strike back in the defense of others.
Alien Assistance Association do not have financial motive, there is no strings attached.
